Anahi Real Beauty Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of Anahi Real Beauty services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following T&C. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Introduction
Welcome to Anahi Real Beauty. These T&C establish the legal relationship between you, the client, and Anahi Real Beauty as the service provider.

Eligibility to View the Site
This site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing and using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please do not use our site or services without the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Service Agreement
When booking with Anahi Beauty & Artistry, a signed contract is required. This agreement outlines the details of the services to be provided and serves as a formal understanding between you and our team.

Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services.

For events scheduled with less than a month’s notice, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.

All remaining payments must be made one week before the event.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you decide to cancel your service, the deposit will be forfeited.

Late/Early Appointments

For late appointments, the decision to reschedule is at the artist's discretion.

An early start fee of $40 per artist per hour applies for start times before 6 AM.

Travel Appointments

Travel fees are $0.70 per mile round trip from the artist's location.

If travel time exceeds 2 hours, accommodations are required for each artist.
​
Parking/Valet Fees

Any applicable parking or valet fees will be added to the total service fee and may vary per artist.
​
Transaction Fees

A 4% additional credit card processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.
​
Photo Release
By using our services, you grant Anahi Real Beauty permission to use photographs taken during or after the services for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and portfolio.
​
Service Duration

For special events, the makeup and hair application time is 1 hour and 15 minutes for each attendee and 1 hour and 30 minutes for brides. These times are subject to change based on any additional services requested.

Limitation of Liability
Anahi Real Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
